Itinerary Details:
Day 1
Pick up at your hotel (8:30am - 9am as you prefer)
Visit the Beijing Zoo and see the panda exhibit which is on through the fall of 2008.
Your choice which can be planned with your guide on the go: Standard Chinese, Western fast food (McDonald's, KFC or Subway), Chinese dumplings, vegetarian fare, Sichuan spicy or Muslim Chinese. Depending on your location in Beijing, not all these choices may be available.
Play area with rides and jumpy castle in warmer months for kids 8 or under. Also fishing and remote control boats in summer. Rides/activities not included (but reasonably cheap). The park is also great for Chinese style hacky-sack, strolling, people watching and exercise free machines.
About 100 stalls with stuffed animals, wood toys, legos, puzzles, scooters, rollerblades, remote control cars & aircraft and much more. Our guide will advise you how to bargain.

Our service style: Most budget tour operators require you to spend hours of your day in overpriced tourist shops so they can collect commissions. These stops are usually not on the itinerary and just "come up" (ask them when booking). We don't take you on surprise shopping stops. If you want to shop we can help you find what you want at a fair price. We have no hidden costs, such charges for extra drinks at meals, admission tickets, cable cars and bottled water.
We can add airport transfers, hotels, domestic flights and train tickets to any tour, please ask for a quotation.
