Day 1
Pick up at your hotel (8:30am - 9am as you prefer)
Be driven around the old alleyways (hutongs) in a cycle rickshaw. You stop at a traditional courtyard home for a cup of tea and get a historic view of hutong life. Also includes a visit to the Drum Tower with panoramic views of old Beijing.
Learn to make the dough from scratch, roll them out and wrap them up. Also learn how to make the filling. Then find out how to cook them and even freeze them for future use. We can do meat, veg or both. Includes all the dumplings you can eat and soft drinks, beer / fresh coffee & Chinese tea
The Temple of Heaven complex was visited by the Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties for annual ceremonies of prayer to Heaven for a good harvest. The north/south walk goes through park and historic monuments.

If you want to shop we can help you find what you want at a fair price. We have no hidden costs, such charges for extra drinks at meals, admission tickets, cable cars and bottled water.
